Finance a Farm

  • You can opt for a solo financing or choose to team up with other people and fund a farm together as a group
  • Choose a package and an area size to start with.
  • Start paying for your farm. For easy payment, we've patterned payment terms to how real estate properties are purchased.

Select a Land

  • Choose to use your own property
    • Outside Cavite, Laguna, Batangas: minimum of 5 hectares
    • Within Cavite, Laguna, Batangas: minimum of 1 hectare
  • OR choose to sublease land from us*
    • Within our farm areas in Nasugbu, Batangas: minimum of 1/2 hectare

* Only applicable to an Agbeam Managed Farm Package

Decide on Management

  • Choose to manage your own farm
    • Inclusions:
      • Training for you and your farmhands
      • Audits
    • Exclusions:
      • Farm Inputs
      • Maintenance Expenses
  • OR let us manage farm operations for you
    • Inclusions:
      • End-to-end farm management
      • Farmhand salaries
      • Farm inputs
      • Utilities

Sign a Contract

  • If you choose to be trained and to manage the farm yourself, you’ll sign a Farm Project Development and Training Agreement.
  • If you choose to let us manage the farm on your behalf, you’ll sign a Farm Project Management Agreement.
  • Contract duration options: 10 to 15 years
  • Both types of contracts include:
    • Assurance that we’ll buy all produce from you
    • Guarantee that all proceeds from your harvest will be your income
    • Affirmation that the farm can be inherited by a declared beneficiary

Get Your Kit

  • Receive a kit which includes all pertinent documentation.
  • Kit content varies according to the chosen package type:

Run the Farm

  • Operate the high-yield dragon farm we’ll help you develop.
  • Sell us all your produce—we’ll buy them at their prevailing market price, based on each fruit’s quality classification.

Enjoy Your Profit

  • Receive your income. All proceeds from your harvest income will be remitted to your designated account after each harvest cycle.

Monitor Your Business

  • Manage and oversee your farm anytime, from anywhere in the world through our online portal.
  • Use our online portal to view updates on farm operations, payments made, and income generated, and choose which bank account you would want your income deposited to.
